Depending on the form you use, we collect your name, email address, business details and message, along with information you choose to provide about your wines, portfolio or trade interests. Please only include information relevant to your enquiry.
How we use it
We use these details to review supplier introductions, respond to questions, discuss Lady Aveley trade opportunities and arrange appropriate follow-up. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Where enquiries are handled
We use Google Cloud to host this website and Google Cloud Firestore to store submitted enquiries. We may also use an email service provider to deliver enquiry notifications and correspondence. Information relevant to those services is processed by the providers on our behalf.
Your age-confirmation preference
The entrance screen asks whether you are 21 or older. We use browser session storage to remember your answer for the current tab session and operate that screen. If you indicate that you are under 21, website content remains blocked for that session. We do not ask for your date of birth or send this preference to our server. The screen relies on your answer and does not verify your identity.
Analytics and technical information
This website does not currently use advertising trackers or analytics tools. Our hosting services may process technical request information to operate the website and investigate errors or abuse.
Updating or deleting your information
To ask about information you have submitted, request a correction or ask us to delete an enquiry, email contact@greentarawines.com using the email address associated with your submission. We may need to confirm details so we can find the right enquiry and respond to your request.
