In the 11th century, Maud de Tany, heir to the Aveley estate, was married to the Constable of the Tower—linking the name to one of England’s most iconic institutions. This heritage is reflected in a wine that balances tradition with modern craftsmanship, expressing elegance, structure, and finesse. Today, the name carries forward as a personal tribute to the founder’s wife, the Baroness of Aveley, lending an authentic touch of tradition to every bottle.
